The Fraternal Order of Police is the largest and most influential law enforcement organization lobbying in our Nation’s Capital for issues important to rank and file officers.

The Fraternal Order of Police recognizes that we must always fight to remember the sacrifice made by those killed in the line of duty. The National Peace Officers’ Memorial services on the lawn of the United States Capitol is a solemn event to honor those who have given their lives in service to their community. The California FOP is and has been involved in the California Peace Officers’ Memorial Foundation honoring those that give their all in the line of duty to see that they are never forgotten.

The Fraternal Order of Police knows that our members value training and education. The FOP offers many training sessions and webinars on labor and other issues throughout the year. The Fraternal Order of Police started a labor summit to bring together law enforcement across the country to discuss issues that law enforcement is facing today. The Fraternal Order of Police University was formed because we recognize that college degrees are increasingly important to our members, the FOP collaborates with a consortium of colleges and universities to offer members discounts on tuition.
